The Dexway English for Beginners and Dexway English Intermediate courses have specific workbooks with extra exercises that can be used as a complement to the face-to-face classes (blended learning). These workbooks have both individual and collaborative activities and allow additional practice and a review of the course content. All the workbooks are accompanied by their respective Teacher’s Book with the solutions to the exercises.

English for Children (6 – 8 years old)
The course is structured around the lexical fields which are most relevant to young learners in their first contact with the language, such as: the family, school, home life, places in a town, free time activities… Students learn the key words progressively from the areas which are divided into accessible sub-sections to make comprehension easier.
The vocabulary is presented with visually attractive illustrations and easy to navigate activities which encourage the learners to interact throughout the course – making this an active learning experience.
Dexway English for Beginners (8 – 12 years old)
These courses are designed to encourage young English language learners to explore the language in a variety of contexts and develop a better understanding of it. The course is designed around the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) guidelines for level A1-A2 descriptors.
The student studies in a fun and interactive way through stimulating dialogue, skill development and grammar in context, to improve the key skills of language learning: speaking, listening, reading and writing.
Dexway English Intermediate (12 – 17 years old)
These courses are designed to encourage adolescent learners of the English language to practice the language in different contexts. The courses are designed around the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) guidelines for B1 level descriptors, and are based on the North American variant of English.
The courses aim to improve on the key skills of English language learning: speaking, listening, reading, and writing (and their subskills), while also tackling learning outcomes related to personal and social education in each unit.
One of the great differences of high school courses is in their content. High school students have special lessons in which historical personalities from politics, science or art are introduced. Thanks to these lessons, the ideas or achievements of pioneers such as Shakespeare or Gandhi are introduced in class, and teachers have the opportunity to propose debates and essays for students to reflect on them while testing their English in a more transversal way.
A multi-colored palette for online English courses for primary and secondary students
Introducing colors was primarily important for primary and secondary courses, not only to put a fun note on the courses, but also to help the little ones easily identify each section of the course. In this way, teachers can refer to each area of the course by its color.
Orange is the predominant color. We find it in the upper bar and in the main information section, to the left of the course. This is where we find the course percentage, the gamification badges, the objectives, and the planner. The units and exercises are in blue, although exercises that have been completed will appear in green to facilitate navigation for children.
