News, Online Learning

The new versions of the Dexway Academy range are now available for Italian and Brazilian Portuguese. We are constantly working on new courses, updates, and improvements for our entire catalog to strengthen the quality and offering, and this time we are introducing new features in two of our eight languages.

The new versions available correspond to the following courses:

  • Italian Dexway Academy (A1.1 – B1.2)
  • Portuguese – Brazilian Dexway Academy (A1.1 – B1.3)

These new versions have been developed to offer clearer, better structured courses that are aligned with international standards.

Restructuring of Dexway Academy Italian and Portuguese

One of the main changes introduced in these new versions is the reorganization of the courses into 7 learning units, which allows for a more balanced progression of learning. This structure makes things easier for both the student and the training manager:

  • Better understand your progress within the course.
  • Identify content blocks more easily.
  • Organize your studies more efficiently.

#1 Continuous assessment with progress tests

Each unit now includes a specific progress test. These tests allow you to:

  • Evaluate understanding of the key concepts of each unit.
  • Detect potential reinforcement areas.
  • To gain a more accurate view of the student’s progress.

#2 More defined learning objectives

Another improvement is the increased number of learning objectives associated with the course content. It’s worth noting that this improvement is already reflected in previous versions of the courses, even without installing the new version.

#3 Lesson descriptions in the native language

To facilitate navigation and understanding of the content, lesson descriptions are now displayed in the course’s native language. This improvement allows students to more quickly identify the content of each activity or lesson.

#4 CEFR level visible from the course title

The new versions also include an improved level identification system based on the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR). The level is now displayed directly in the course title.

How to access new versions

To begin using almost all the improvements included in the new versions, you need to install the latest versions of the courses on the platform. However, some new features, such as the increased number of objectives, are already available in previous versions.
