Dexway presents a new tool that will allow its clients to manage teachers and classes quickly, conveniently and effectively. This web application has been developed in response to the needs of educational, language and training centers, where the same problems and concerns arise once and again when implementing blended learning.
It is the result of the expertise and know-how of CAE, Computer Aided USA Corp (www.cae.net) specialist in the development of educational solutions, that now adds new possibilities to its wide catalog of e-learning solutions for face-to-face centers.
The new Dexway Tutor Center has as its main objective to enable the collaboration and organization of different foreign language training programs, optimizing resources to maximize class schedule availability for the students, to increase the number of students that each tutor can give classes to, and to allow the viability of group classes with flexible schedules in courses with a small number of students.
To do so, the administrators register all their teachers specifying the modality in which they teach and for which languages, as well as their hourly availability and the price of their classes. With all this information, the manager creates individual records and common grids that he will be able to use later to assign the classes of the students who book face-to-face, online and telephone classes through the educational platform.
Each language teacher has their own profile in the Tutor Center, which allows them to directly modify their information: photograph, languages, schedules, as well as check their next classes and access them directly from the application when they are about to begin.

Dexway Tutor Center has a section to generate complete reports including all reserved, completed and canceled classes, the number of students who attended, the prices charged, etc. In the case of franchised groups, which share teachers from different centers among them, they may generate reports by teachers to calculate costs separately.
Open schedules with online booking in all modalities
Dexway Tutor Center allows centers to offer flexible, open schedules, in combination with an online booking agenda and the automatic class creation system that optimizes the hours of their teaching staff.
