Director de Isavia<\/h3>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><strong>1. \u00bfSe trabaja la inteligencia emocional correctamente en los equipos?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Salvo honrosas excepciones, no. Casi todo el mundo ha o\u00eddo hablar de su importancia y hasta reconoce su impacto en los resultados, aunque la realidad es que muy pocas veces se forman en t\u00e9cnicas de inteligencia emocional o las utilizan conscientemente dentro de los equipos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Si trabajar la inteligencia emocional a nivel individual (empat\u00eda, aceptaci\u00f3n, auto-regulaci\u00f3n, uso de t\u00e9cnicas corporales y cognitivas para gestionar emociones, etc.), es minoritario, hacerlo a nivel colectivo en un equipo es casi inexistente. Hay mucho recorrido, por tanto; esta es la buena noticia&#8230;<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><strong>2. \u00bfQu\u00e9 aporta el coaching a un empleado? \u00bfOpina que las empresas deber\u00edan fomentarlo e incluso incluirlo en sus programas de formaci\u00f3n?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">El coaching aporta consciencia en c\u00f3mo hacemos las cosas, anima a fijarse objetivos concretos y a dise\u00f1ar planes para conseguirlos, es decir, invita a conseguir resultados extraordinarios y a liberar todo el talento posible. El coaching aporta, por tanto, eficiencia, optimizaci\u00f3n y mejora de resultados.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Sin duda, las empresas deber\u00edan incluirlo dentro de sus planes de formaci\u00f3n y desarrollo de habilidades y competencias. La realidad es que ya lo incluyen muchas, tanto de forma aislada como combinando los procesos de coaching con otros de formaci\u00f3n o desarrollo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><strong>3. \u00bfC\u00f3mo se puede conseguir motivar a un equipo?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Fomentando la conversaci\u00f3n libre con sus componentes donde analicen c\u00f3mo est\u00e1n (fortalezas y retos pendientes) y, sobre todo, c\u00f3mo quieren estar y qu\u00e9 quieren conseguir, as\u00ed como el camino y planes de acci\u00f3n para conseguirlo. Se trata de que el equipo, como un sistema, tome consciencia de c\u00f3mo est\u00e1 actuando, qu\u00e9 quiere mantener y qu\u00e9 quiere cambiar.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Tener una visi\u00f3n com\u00fan, consensuada e ilusionante es el componente que m\u00e1s pesa para la motivaci\u00f3n colectiva de un equipo (el estilo del l\u00edder, el tipo de funciones que realizan y el mercado en el que se encuentran influyen mucho tambi\u00e9n&#8230;).<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Para ello se necesita un o una responsable que quiera ser l\u00edder, adem\u00e1s de buen gestor. Trabajar con coaches de equipo ayuda sin duda a que el equipo debata y decida c\u00f3mo estar m\u00e1s motivado.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><strong>4. \u00bfCree que los departamentos de formaci\u00f3n trabajan suficientemente el talento? \u00bfQu\u00e9 m\u00e1s podr\u00eda hacerse?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Los departamento de formaci\u00f3n y desarrollo se han profesionalizado mucho en los \u00faltimos 10 a\u00f1os: ahora sus responsables est\u00e1n formados para ello y mayoritariamente buscan esta funci\u00f3n porque les gusta. La crisis de los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os ha da\u00f1ado los avances conseguidos (programas competenciales de desarrollo y retenci\u00f3n del talento), al limitar los presupuestos y provocar que se mire a corto plazo en las acciones a emprender.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Vamos hacia programas m\u00e1s a la carta, personalizados, apoyados en las tecnolog\u00edas, donde el participante se divierta aprendiendo y donde se trabajen aspectos m\u00e1s centrados en actitudes y valores.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><strong>5. \u00bfQu\u00e9 formaci\u00f3n es escasa entre los trabajadores espa\u00f1oles?\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Ya ha habido y hay mucha formaci\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica y operativa, incluso de habilidades m\u00e1s cl\u00e1sicas como el liderazgo, el trabajo en equipo, t\u00e9cnicas de venta o de resoluci\u00f3n de conflictos, por poner algunos ejemplos.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Creo que el reto es \u2018hacer mejor\u2019 con el mismo presupuesto. Para ello podr\u00edan apostar por temas diferentes como invertir m\u00e1s en programas de salud y bienestar, en el desarrollo de valores, de inteligencia emocional, en coaching grupal y de equipos, as\u00ed como de mentoring, entre otros temas novedosos, para contribuir as\u00ed a hacer compa\u00f1\u00edas m\u00e1s conscientes, sostenibles, satisfechas y eficientes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><strong>6. A pesar de la crisis, \u00bfha mejorado la formaci\u00f3n de los trabajadores espa\u00f1oles?, \u00bfQu\u00e9 diferencia a un trabajador espa\u00f1ol del resto de los europeos?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">En general dir\u00eda que s\u00ed, a\u00fan con el frenazo sufrido en estos \u00faltimos a\u00f1os. La Formaci\u00f3n continua es ya algo esperado por los trabajadores, defendido por los Sindicatos y apoyado por la Direcci\u00f3n. Casi nadie duda de su necesidad y utilidad; otro tema es c\u00f3mo y a qui\u00e9nes se contrata o se encarga la Formaci\u00f3n. Todav\u00eda se tiende demasiado a lo m\u00e1s barato y masivo en algunos sectores de actividad y para algunos colectivos numerosos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><strong>8. La formaci\u00f3n en idiomas, \u00bfha mejorado en los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">S\u00ed, se ha invertido mucho tiempo y dinero en clases de idiomas (no solo del ingl\u00e9s) en los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os en las empresas espa\u00f1olas.
