dexway performs a complete tutoring for the student, which includes the generation of report cards during the entire educational process. The monitoring files provide proof to the relevant departments or institutions that the students are performing at the desired rate and at the desired level. The reports are incredibly thorough and are generated minute by minute.

• Proactive Contact. Monitoring is preferably proactive, starting with a welcome message. The tutors then contact the students if they are not progressing at the desired rate. All of the proactive contacts (welcome, monitoring, tutorials, conflict resolution) generate monitoring reports that can be sent in real time or at designated intervals, to the coordinator of education or HR.
  
• Reactive Contact. Reactive monitoring is done through the platform, though the one2one consultations where tutors attend to the doubts or questions that students may have. Help is given in the language being learned by the student.
  
• Live classes with a professor (one2one Coach). With the modes Let's talk or Everything, native tutors will generate as many classes as necessary to cover all the participants.
